All artworks are printed to order to reduce waste and ensure flawless quality. Most orders dispatch in 3–5 business days.


Shipping

  • Dispatch time: 3–5 business days (printing & framing).
  • Australia: Delivered by tracked courier or AusPost. Typical transit 2–8 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Tracked shipping available to most countries. Typical transit 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Rates: Free shipping worldwide

Packaging

  • Unframed posters: Rolled in a protective sleeve and shipped in a sturdy tube or mailer.
  • Framed prints: Corner-protected, padded, and boxed — arrive ready to hang.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your artwork. If something isn’t right, here’s how we help.

Unframed posters

  • Change of mind: 30-day returns from delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we’ll share the return address when you contact us).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once received and inspected (allow 3–10 business days).

Framed prints

  • Framed works are made to order. We accept returns for damage or manufacturing faults only.
  • For change-of-mind on framed pieces, please contact us — we can often offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days if the frame is unopened and in resellable condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate — at no cost to you.

Order changes & cancellations

  • Requests within 24 hours of ordering are usually possible. After production begins, changes may not be available.

How to start a return

  1. Email giulia@skypicsbygiulia.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely (original packaging recommended).
